Looks impressive, but it’s really not, this one involves timing and a good back roll. This reaction of your opponent lifting your legs and putting your back on the ground is common if they are big and strong.
*Let them lift your leg just enough, so you know it’s coming for timing and they will fully commit to the 2nd attempt to flatten you out making a nice smooth back roll into a strong arm in cross face.
