Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or BJJ, is what we specialise in. A martial art based on ground fighting, with a focus on the skill of dominating an opponent through techniques and leverage. Known to provide a smaller, weaker person to use leverage and submissions to defend themselves against a bigger opponent.

Our adult classes include a structured BJJ basics and self-defense program to get you started. With mixed level -Gi ( kimono) & No Gi ( rashguard & shorts), open mat and women only classes, available.


Our Kickboxing classes are designed to crush your fitness goals, clear the mind and give you practical striking skills. A unique striking system you won’t find anywhere else. It combines the most effective techniques of Muay Thai, Dutch-style kickboxing, Savate (French kickboxing), western boxing, Karate and more into one ultimate fighting style.

We believe in creating our students into well rounded modern martial artists. This program is designed to complement our BJJ program taking into account mixed martial arts and self-defense aspects of combat.

Women’s Martial Arts

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for women classes are taught by women. You will learn from talented and highly skilled female coaches, who have been where you are right now! The program is under the guidance of world master champions and now black belt, Bec James.

Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu smashes the idea about what a women “should” or “shouldn’t” do.

Beginner Self-Defence

The best place to start is in our beginner BJJ basics and self-defense program. The program is a rotating, 20 lesson curriculum you can start anytime. It ensures new students understand the fundamental self-defense portion of Jiu-Jitsu while giving you a strong grasp of basic movements keeping you safe.

Most importantly, you will develop a skill set to defend yourself against the most common attacks from an unskilled assailant on the ground or standing.

Children’s Self-Defence

Are you ready to increase your child’s confidence, self esteem, teach them to avoid peer pressure, increase their motor skills, teach them to defend themselves, how to handle bullies, teach them life skills that will last a lifetime and much, much more?

Our junior Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu program is what you are looking for. Classes are divided by ages; Junior one – 6 to 8 year olds and Junior 2- 9 to 13 years.
